Leroy came out and was very honest and detailed in his estimate, describing exactly what he wanted to do and what my options were. He knew we were a little budget conscious and so presented options that were budget-friendly. Leroy did most of the work himself, and was friendly and accommodating to questions throughout. Just a nice guy to talk to. He also noticed that our driveway had sunk significantly from it's original height, so he built the steps to the original height for whenever we had the driveway re-done and then installed a 'temporary' extra step at the bottom of the staircase to avoid having too large a drop from the bottom step. I say it's temporary in quotes because, although it's removable, the step looks and feels like it belongs to the rest of the structure and does not feel temporary. Duffins charged a little more than some competitors, but you know you are getting quality work that will last as long as the house will. Definitely worth it, and I'd hire Duffins again in a heartbeat.

I called Dial One because they were NADCA certified and also local to me. They were friendly and professional on the phone and were able to set up an appointment for the next day. They cleaned all ducts, plus the furnace blower and a/c coils plus a dryer vent all for a flat rate price which was significantly lower than another NADCA certified company I called. They also advised us that the last people we had in to clean the ducts did a poor job. I heartily recommend Dial One.
