I read the reviews and was impressed by what others had to say. I did mention in my request that I would need a portable vacuum and after checking they confirmed they could do the job. However, on the day I realized that the job was outsourced to a sub contractor. Although they did a good job, I wish the company had informed me that it was a subcontractor and reassured me about their services.

When the cleaner fell sick on the day of cleaning, they immediately rescheduled it and were always available by email and call to answer all queries. Catalina was super polite and did a great job of making our place sparkly clean.
