We contracted Patasan Homes to complete our home renovation project in the summer of 2022. In this project we renovated our entire kitchen, 3 bathrooms, painted our entire first floor, relocated a closet and changed our main entrance flooring. After consulting various General Contractors and assessing what each company had to offer, we settled on Patasan homes due to Raul's expertise, the recommendations of previous clients, the thoroughness of his estimate, his fair pricing, the prompt service he was able to provide, the ease of communication, and overall the peace of mind that we had from our first encounter with him. This was our first experience with home renovations so, naturally, we had many questions, we took time in making decisions, and we changed plans numerous times. Throughout this process we felt well supported by Raul who was very patient with us and took his time in explaining the work every step of the way, he answered our many questions, guided us in making informed decisions, provided design and practical tips based on his experience, and so much more. We truly had a fantastic experience with Raul and his team, from the beginning to the completion of our project. Throughout the entire process, Raul's focus was to satisfy us, his clients, and he certainly went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the work and services being delivered. Whenever we encountered any issues or we decided to make any changes, Raul was very flexible and adapted to fulfill our requests. He was an excellent problem solver, always willing to think outside the box and explore different solutions that met our standards (and our budget). His team of sub-contractors was also fantastic to deal with; they were timely, professional, very competent, courteous and flexible. The quality of their work was exceptional, and they made sure that we were satisfied with their service before leaving. It was refreshing to work with such an honest and reputable company who stood behind the services they promised. At the end, we were blown away by the quality of the work completed and how Raul respected the timeline that we set (with only minor setbacks, which were often out of his control due to issues with third party suppliers, etc.). As expected, the project did go over the budget we had originally set; however, we were ok paying a little more for the fantastic quality that we received, knowing that every penny was well spent and that the work truly exceeded our expectations. Overall, we are very happy with Patasan Homes' work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to hire a professional, honest and reliable company for any renovation project.
