I had recently moved into my house and one of the carpets in particular was quite dirty and had a strong odor from a dog the previous owner had that shared the house. This particular carpet looked clean when it was delivered but it still had s strong smell. The company was relentless in ensuring the job was done right. Olin picked it up twice more and kept it for a week the third time while he thoroughly cleaned it, at no extra charge. Oliva carpets did a wonderful job for me, at a reasonable price. I had Dave's Duct Cleaning do duct cleaning as well as central vac cleaning. I am very pleased with their service. Their technicians, Scott and Marcus were on time, professional, thorough and respectful of the home. I found the company through Groupon, so I got a discount but their service is worth the full price. They did everything as advertised. I plan to use Dave's Duct Cleaning again in the future.
