Very pleased with the service - Eric/plumber was great (super knowledgeable and approachable, welcoming questions and opportunities to educate us home owners), and his work was thorough and clean. It's always great when a person cares about the quality of the service he is providing. We've been with this company primarily for our furnace maintenance and duct/vent cleaning for many years, tankless water heater added a couple of years ago, and now plumbing for the first time.
