My wife and I are new to our neighborhood and needed to upgrade our electrical service on a 1950 house. Soon enough, we realized that the previous owners let two trees grow well into the overhead wires of the electrical service, so we needed an arborist. One our new neighbors recommended Grinders Tree Service, which he had nothing but good things to say about. Norman, the owner, listened to my situation on the phone, and clearly explained Grinders services. He made extra time to come at the very end of that day and assess and give options! A clear and reasonable quote and estimate followed. Grinders arranged the off property work with EPCOR, kept us in the loop with great communication, and arranged services on a timely basis, even though they are very busy and their services are in high demand. They did an amazing job with a difficult tree removal, and an equally great job cutting back and pruning a lovely apple tree, thus saving it for our backyard. The apple tree work was described as difficult, but now looks better than before and we will now be able care for it so it bears more fruit. The clean up, and stump grinding were efficient and thorough. Everything about the job was done well. We got the work done well in advance of the electricians coming. AND ... the invoice was almost 20% less than the estimate!! How often does that happen with a contractor? My highest recommendation and rating.
