Punctual, honest/transparent and fair pricing. I would (and have) highly recommended Matt @ Robot Electrical to all my friends and relatives after submitting over 2-3 dozen quotes to other electricians. Matt's pricing was competitive and above all else he was honest in his assessment and recommendation whereas other electricians I approached were quick to upsell me on unnecessary work or provide me with an outrageously high quote for the work to be performed. Matt was quick to respond; patient in explaining the "why" and "what" was being done; and was timely in addressing all concerns (before/during/and after)in respect to the upgrade/installation. A+++.
