This was my first experience getting the ducts/furnace/dryer vent cleaned. Jay and Ali, two amazing pleasant fellows, let me know when they'd be arriving and then they walked through the house with me and explained what they would be doing. When the dryer was pulled out, I spotted a broken lightbulb behind and tried to clean it up but Jay stopped me and said it was part of their job! They did a most marvelous job and were great to work with throughout the process. Every heating and intake vent was clean. Jay had taken pictures throughout and I got to see the before/after. What a difference - really great work! My granddaughter loved the "marshmallows" that popped out of the truck when the cleaning was being done (and afterwards, they folded back into the top of the truck).
