The lifting spring broke at some time in the middle of the night. I leave for work at 6:00AM, and could not open the door. Posted a request at about 6:10 and got a response by 6:20. He came and got the door open for me so I could go to work. Then came back that night after work to install the replacement spring. Very happy with the service
