2 weeks ago we had our hot tub delivered by Fired Up Hot Tub Movers. Communication with Jeff from Fired Up Hot Tub Movers was great, informative and very collaborative. I worked with Jeff on a delivery date once our electrical panel was upgraded. We discussed the day before delivery day approximate time of delivery with confirmation the day off. The delivery team arrived on time and I mainly dealt with Josh who also was great along with his team. We encountered a problem in that we had an air conditioner in the way preventing the tub to go straight through the gate and into the backyard by about 12 so I was told they can leave the tub in our garage and come back once the air conditioner was removed so I immediately called for quotes but by the time I returned to the backyard, Josh and his team had the tub half way into the backyard and ultimately made it in and when I asked how they did it Josh mentioned he looked the air conditioner and realized there was some play with the air conditioner that we was able to shift it to make the room necessary to move the tub in and then moved the air conditioner back into place and that solution saved me well over $1,200 and that made us so happy and grateful for Joshs help. Once the tub was installed the team cleaned up and consolidated the garbage that could be easily disposed by us. We are so happy with Fired Up Hot Tub Movers and would easily recommend them to anyone who needs their hot tub moved. Thanks Guys!

We had the good fortune of having Dream Makers Hardscaping makeover our entire backyard and we are so very happy with the end result. We dealt with Bart who visited us for a consultation and found Bart listen to our needs and ideas and offered some ideas with photos. Bart later that night followed up with a quote and worked with us to meet our budget yet maintain the essence of what we were trying to achieve. As for budgets we are so happy we did not remove the lighting from the budget because the backyard at night looks incredible! Bart and his team started and completed their work on time and within budget. We found the Dream Makers Hardscaping team very efficient and clearly have a process to compete their work on time. They always started their day early in the morning and would work into the evening. They worked so incredibly hard under the hot sun and what was most impressive was they always did a very good job cleaning up the site, sidewalk and street before they left for the day no matter how exhausted they were. We found Bart and his team very approachable and communication with Bart was easy and was always prompt with his responses. They were very accommodating to minor asks we had along the way. We have had many neighbours compliment our backyard and one of them asked Bart to do some small work on their yard which they did. Bart, we apologize our review is late especially when you always delivered and responded in a prompt manner throughout the project. What a transformation from an incredible company who starts and delivers their work as they commit to all the while being communicative, collaborative and able to pivot to scope change with professionalism. We contacted Woodhills Flooring once we saw the high number of 5 star reviews and positive comments to upgrade our carpeted staircase. We spoke to Moe who visited us, listened and assessed our need, he offered some ideas that included increasing the scope of work to which we agreed to and later that evening Moe provided a quote with start and completion date. Leading to the start date Moe came by for a couple of previsits to review colour options to match our flooring as well as to take measurements so that when the team came to start they could hit the ground running. We then met Fab and Farzin who worked along side Moe to remove, install, stain and complete the job as promised. During project execution my wife brought up the idea of removing the solid banister on the second floor with new hand rail and pickets. Moe, Fab and Farzin liked the idea and immediately pivoted to make this suggestion happen. These 3 gentlemen were absolutely amazing people, they were personable, approachable, passionate who worked liked animals and always cleaned up after themselves. Without any doubt at all I would highly recommend Woodhills Flooring for any flooring and or stair remodeling need. In summary the Kitchen Crafters team were professional, patient and executed with excellence. Our main contact was Craig who was very knowledgeable, communicative and always available throughout the project but most of all patient with us. When Craig was on vacation we collaborated with Dean who was able to support us without missing a beat. Our designer was Valentina who was fantastic, prompt with design options and changes and very polite. Additionally she was very receptive of our ideas and consulted us with colour options. Her drawings were spot on and we still cant believe that when we look at our finished kitchen it looks exactly like her renderings. Mike and Jay were incredibly professional, they were so polite and respectful during the installation. I can not speak highly enough of these two team members. The Kitchen Crafters team met and often exceeded our expectations, they were always on time with zero delays on their part. In fact during our consultation with Craig he did mention that while we are going through a home reno they will be on time and will be patient if there are delays with the other trades who were working on our reno and sure enough Craig was right in that we did experience delays and Kitchen Crafters were able to pause the install until we were ready. Given our experience with the initial consultation meeting to project execution completion I can sincerely say we love our kitchen. The millwork, cabinetry, hardware are of superior quality look and feel however it is the entire Kitchen Crafters team made all the difference and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending the Kitchen Crafters team. Craig, Valentina, Dean, Mike and Jay, there are so many companies for people like our family to get their new Kitchen re modelled from however, there are not many companies that have team members like all of you which, make the difference so on behalf of Alexandra and myself we send you our deep appreciation for all of your time, patience and efforts.
