We bought a 100 year old house and the chimney needed some work. We wanted the chimney shortened, capped and repointed. Stephane was great - communicative, flexible and hard working. The project finished on time with no additional costs. For specifics, he showed up on time and asked questions to provide an accurate estimate, communicated promptly and proactively about delays (mostly due to snow), got the work done quickly (including working on the weekend, which I didn't expect) and adjusted the schedule so the scaffolding wouldn't interfere with garbage/recycling pickup in our narrow alley. Because of Christmas break and a snowstorm, a couple cleanup items were finished in the new year, but he checked with me that it was ok first. I would happily hire him again for future chimney work.
