I needed a large stinging nettle bush removed from my backyard. Michael and team were very responsive from the time I first logged the request, efficient in asking for the information they needed to do the job, and efficient and effective in removing the bush while maintaining the garden around it. I would choose to work with this team again any time.

Twelve Points provided air duct cleaning and disinfecting and furnace cleaning services. The team was efficient, thorough, and went above and beyond in the cleaning they provided. They left our house completely put back together and were very easy to work with. I will be hiring them for all future needs.

Hicham was incredibly responsive in responding to our request and providing a quote. He was at our house within a day of our request, he did a thorough inspection and not only fixed our issue but also one we hadnt yet discovered. Would recommend this company and service.
