HORRIBLE customer service. I paid to have my pool filter cartridges cleaned. The technician broke the valve and then I had to argue to have everything replaced and fixed. After all of this, they charged me for the service because they had stored my credit card information without my knowledge or consent. The General Manger, Ryan and Manager, Tracy are difficult to deal with and do not provide customer service. Read my google review and then read the companys response. Its very evident this company is not run properly and doesnt take ownership or responsibility where due.
