Ally in the Annex

I found Flavio online by looking at some of the reviews and I have to say that as glowing as they are, they STILL don't do the man justice. He is not just good at his job - he is exceptional. He was prompt, efficient, honest as the day is long and extremely enjoyable to work with. He consistently went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our job was done perfectly and he took such pride in every single thing he did. I always felt like he was putting the same high level of work into our house that he would put into his own. And OK, this might be a little thing but it was an enormous joy as an expectant Mom - he always left the space he was working in cleaner than when he started! His assistant Matt was equally fantastic to deal with and as conscientious. With a massive renovation like this, to have a tradesperson that you don't have to manage, question or worry about for one second is a rare find. I'm so glad we found him!
