I learned about Santiago and his contracting company from a local community group. The woman who recommended him emphasized his timeliness, clear communication, transparency and quality work. Within an hour of reaching out to him to request a quote, we were in touch. In the weeks that followed, Santiago and the Montemayor General Contracting Team lived up to that initial review, going above and beyond to renovate our two wildly outdated bathrooms. I live in a small semi in Toronto and wanted to maximize the bathrooms. Santiago's recommendations and suggestions helped open the spaces, improve the flow and they're now absolutely beautiful. They reconfigured the layout, moved plumbing, completed beautiful tile work and modernized the spaces above and beyond expectation. He took great care of our home outside of the bathroom, trying to limit the spread of dust and debris throughout the house. I honestly felt like he cared for our home the way he would care for his own. In addition to the beautiful work that the team completed, Santiago and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Santiago is kind, responsive and punctual. We communicated over WhatsApp regularly about the status of the project and I always felt great about the updates and communication. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting him through the renovation project and highly recommend he and his team to anyone looking for work done to their home. I can't wait to have him back to do our kitchen in a few years!
