Adam and his company built the deck on a new home next door. I was impressed by the quality so asked him for a quote. Royal Innovation was not the cheapest but the saying 'you get what you pay for' applies here! I had some challenges with my architect and permit approvals, and Adam helped by dealing with my architect and the city. He noted a problem with the plans and proactively resolved the issue so my permit could go through. When he came to look at the site for the quote, he showed that he is very knowledgeable and foresaw some issues that I had not anticipated. We had a hot tub to get moved and Adam came by on a weekend to help us with that, which was amazing. His guys were on time, professional and responsive to our needs. My project was delayed on my end because of permits and Adam still bent over backward to ensure my job got done before my family arrived for a visit. Adam always answered his phone and was unfailingly polite and helpful. There was a minor issue after the project was done and Adam was quickly responsive and again, helpful, saving us some money. We have worked with many contractors and trades in our lives and Adam really is one of a kind. He is conscientious and cares about doing a good job and making sure his clients are happy. Further, the team Adam has assembled are all competent, cheerful, polite and very hard working. I would 100% recommend Royal Innovation to any one looking for a gorgeous composite deck that will be enjoyed for years. Indeed, we are so happy we are going to get Adam to quote us for our front porch.
