Purchased hard wood flooring from this company. The selection was a bit limited but the prices were very good. Maybe "too good to be true." Had the flooring installed by professional installers and they kept running into problems with the pieces/planks. Many were warped, missing grooves, discoloured, etc. I had heard that you can expect to find some pieces that you have to discard, but the installers said that the number of unusable pieces was extreme. We talked to the company and they refused to help and talk with us about it. I was told I had to talk to the owner/manager. I left several messages and stopped by on two occasions and he was always in meetings. It was very unfortunate as they seemed like an affordable alternative and were helpful when we were placing our order. Haven't returned and have no plans to do so.

Absolutely awful experience. Installation of cabinets was delayed by several weeks and we were not notified until the day of the scheduled installation. Of course, the old kitchen had been demolished two days prior in preparation. The cabinets they finally installed were incorrect. They said they had made a mistake because they "were too busy." They refused to replace the cabinet fronts. I continued to call them and go to their location. They agreed to replace the fronts but every time they would schedule the installation, they didn't show up. When I would call they would say that something had gone wrong or there were delays. Have finally given up.

Selection in store was amazing and there were a variety of styles available. I think it took me over an hour to see all the fixtures and make my selection. There were also a variety of prices to fit every budget. I would have appreciated more help by the staff but they seemed busy with other customers at private tables, but I was able to ask the people at the front desk questions. I appreciated that the boxes were opened and all the light fixtures were checked for breaks, etc. I wouldn't have enjoyed driving back to make a return as I don't live near this store. The staff also offered to help carry my boxes out to my car and that was appreciated as well. Will definitely return due to the selection and variety of price points.

Selection was good. I expected a larger selection but found two that I loved. Price was reasonable. There was some delay with the installation. When I complained, they offered to refund the deposit immediately rather than offering solutions. I was disappointed by their attitude and lack of interest in keeping my business. I chose to wait for the installation as if I had gone to another company I would have had to wait even longer. I was told by one of the installers that the company takes on more orders than they can handle and are then forced to bump installation timelines. I have no complaints on the countertop and installation. They did a good job and the countertop is my favourite part of my kitchen.

Loved this store and service. Only went to the NE location. Purchased and used paint for interior of house, exterior of house and stains for fence and deck. Also purchased all supplies at this location. Selection of paint was great, product was good quality, price was reasonable and service was amazing. Staff offered advice and suggestions. Russ in particular was incredibly helpful and did an amazing job on the colour matching for the wood stain. Plan to use this company and location for all future painting projects.

Went to more than dozen stores in search of the perfect wall tiles for my kitchen renovation. Was in search of something different that would make a statement. Found a few styles that I loved here as the selection was quite large and there was a lot of variety. Of course, I did find many styles that I had seen elsewhere. The person who helped us was very helpful, answered all our questions, made valuable suggestions and left us alone when we needed to discuss. Definitely didn't feel pressured. Very good experience overall. My only complaint would be that it sometimes took a long time to get assistance as there were 1 of 2 staff and they needed to help other customers, handle transactions and answer phones. We also had to go to another location in the south to pick up tiles as we needed them earlier than when they would be available at this location.
