Extraordinary service and professionalism, keep their word, their pricing & timeline as well as being respectful of my home. Fulcrum Landscaping minimized damage to my grass, to my property by taking great care in their work by bringing the proper equipment & supplies. Mark is the owner & dealing with him was like dealing with a friend who put you at ease & who never forgot you're also the client. Was incredibly punctual and from the beginning agreed to watch the weather to make sure we stayed in touch for down time. The times that weather didn't permit work to be done Mark would always call me the night before to say I think today we can still get some work done rather than lose a whole day. That is extremely professional. I'm so impressed I've offered Mark the compliment to use my home as an opportunity to showcase his work to future potential clients.
