The four Francis Home Environment employees that replaced our old AC and Furnace were terrific. 1. Garrison,evaluated our AC and Furnace and concluded that all the tests he took suggested that we replace both units. We agreed and with his help laid out our wishes that were sent to tne salesman. 2.Kevin,arrived the next day and explained all the monetary issues. He was prepared,instructive, fair and honest. 3.Taylor and Hussein the installers arrived three days later at 8:30 am and left at 2:30 pm having done a super job putting it all together. They were experts, communicated well and were fun and patient. Francis is luky to have these four gentlemen! Paulette and Dave
