I put out my request late night Tuesday, and by Wednesday AM Dakota had reached out, which was followed up by a call a few hours later - love the proactiveness (is that even a word?). By the afternoon, Dejan came by and was super friendly right from the start. He easily fixed one toilet that was having issues flushing/running, and then installed the Tushy bidet onto the master toilet. Very simple tasks for a professional and he never made me feel stupid for hiring someone to do it (which I appreciated). He was fun to chat with and basically broke down each step along the way, even teaching me how to remove the drawers from my bathroom cabinet. I saved Dakota's number and I'll definitely be using his team in future. Highly recommended.
