I was in a bind when I called Colin initially. My tenant had complained about the dryer leaking water and taking three hours to dry the clothes. I thought something was wrong with the dryer and replaced it however the same problem persisted. I had called about three handymen prior to Colin but none of them wanted to do the job as it wasn't a lot of work. Colin however was extremely courteous and professional. When I explained the problem he was very helpful and came to look at the problem within 1 hour. He fixed it and gave me helpful tips to prevent it from happening in the future. I'll definitely be going to him for any other issues around the house.
