I am not one to usually leave a negative review but in this case I feel it is necessary to warn people. I would not recommend JEFF BYRON PUMPS AND WATER TREATMENT INC. They showed up without the proper equipment to troubleshoot our well pump type even though we sent pictures ahead of time at their request. Then without any troubleshooting beyond using a solo cup to pour water slowly down a small hole in the pump they determined the only solution they were willing to provide was a estimate for over 5200$ plus tax. Then when we did not take his option( we had two other quotes) they sent us a bill for over 200$, for using a red solo cup to slowly pour water down our well. We had our well fixed the very next day for around 1600$ and we replaced almost every component and fitting in our existing well system, that cost was also with an increase as we had it fixed on the weekend. This company preys on people when they are in crisis and does not offer serious solutions to every customer. Buyer beware.
