The cost for the Regency fireplace and installation was reasonably negotiated. The customer service was reasonable, however, there were some concerns with scheduling commitments. The quality of the work was decent. I must say that

It has been a couple of years since I utilized the services of Pacific Hedge. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I would recommend and perhaps use them again in the future.

I called papa's based on a recommendation from a neighbour. My hot water tank was 18 years old and on the verge of leaking. I called and they were actually able to come out, assess and fix the problem the same day! The cost was less than i had anticipated as well.

Having sevral skylights in my home, i had to source a reputable vendor to purchase them from. When I reached out to Dayliter they were quoite cordial and actually were able to connect me with an installer of their product. I've been quite happy with their product.
