View Time Glass and Mirror installed a frameless glass shower in my master ensuite. Installation was completed by Siva on January 3, 2021. In September 2021 the glass shower door started to sag and rub against the other glass. I messaged Siva regarding the issue and expressed my concern that this could compromise the glass and become a safety issue. After countless attempts to schedule repair, Siva ignored me. On June 15, 2022 the glass door exploded. Luckily my 2 or 3 year old children or anyone else were not in the ensuite at the time. The shards of glass also damaged the marble jam around the shower. Siva ignored my messages and phone calls. When he did respond, he would make false claims that the glass was in production and schedule times for install but never show up. I would have to take days off work to be present, and he would not show up and not answer his phone. Siva has still not addressed the issue, and either ignores me or makes up excuses when he accidently picks up my phone calls.
