One of the worst customer experiences I have ever encountered. I bought a couple of toilets from this store and since the beginning had constant issues with the toilet plugging. The plumber after checking it out told me there was evidence that I had been sold a used toilet (disgusting). I complained to one of the sales reps, Mikey, who led me on a wild goose chase of pointless phone calls with him and the supplier over 2-3 weeks before telling me that the purchase was made more than 30 days ago so there was nothing he could do. Extremely unprofessional.
