We live in an apartment building at 21 Maynard Ave and Standard Pest Control Services have a contract with the Building Management. Tenants noticed them using regular cans of Bugspray instead of the stronger, professional-grade more expensive spray in the pump canisters. On our Bulletin Board, a poster says they spray the common areas every second Monday of the Month. But actually, they come every 3 month or so.
