Dealt with Mo over phone owner of buissiness regarding my central vacuum not working he said he was willing to come and attempt to fix it and it may be better to invest in new one . My decision and he explained options fully . Vary patient Honest man and knowledgeable . I ended up buying a new unit installed next day . Profesional service and a Gentleman to deal with no high pressure sales and he suggested I educate myself first on new unit and when I was ready to call . ONCE AGAIN PROFESIONAL and down to earth thanks Mo .
