We highly recommend David for any tiling or caulking. We had a previous contractor who did a subpar job on our bathroom marble tiling, and it had to be redone. David completely exceeded our expectations. Its so hard to find a professional, experienced, and trustworthy contractor - we found one! He also gave us tips for maintaining our tiling and how to properly clean it. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding and he went above and beyond the scope of the job. We are extremely satisfied with the final result and are grateful for the exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Fairney and Sons is the best in the business: here's why. The majority of issues between contractors and homeowners boil down to miscommunication and a lack of updates. That was our PREVIOUS experience with a contractor we worked with. I was extremely hesitant to work with another tradesperson after our last guy lacked the necessary skills to do the job well. Not anymore! I don't normally take the time to write reviews but based on the exceptional experience we had with this team I couldn't pass up the opportunity to recommend Bill, the owner, and Patrick one of his tradespeople (pipe and drywall). Weve done two separate restoration projects with Bill. A front of the house siding replacement and a burst pipe. His estimates of work, and project management skills are top notch. He's extremely honest and fair, and genuinely went out of is way to help us solve our issue as quickly as possible. Bill treated us like a family member who has our best interest in mind. I don't say this lightly because I know how hard it is to find reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy trades these days. We've contacted Bill with a few other questions related to new issues around the property and he's been a godsent - giving us a sounding board to make informed decisions based on our budget and needs. It doesn't hurt that he's a very enjoyable person to interact with, and Patrick, one of his trades people was an absolute joy to work with - extremely professional and detailed.
