I was impressed on first meeting by the fact that Miro the owner of the company drew up a detailed to scale drawing of existing structure and dimensions and digitized it making it easy to design a new deck accommodating the anomalies in existing brickwork and concrete. The other two contractors never provided any drawings. Miro was knowledgeable of the pros and cons of the various proposals I made and because it was all digitized he was able to revise drawings quickly and also quote a price quickly. The crew were all very capable carpenters although Miro was the best and he was very patient with me making changes. The communication was good, I always knew what to expect and everything happened on schedule. The deck looks great and I would thoroughly recommend Royal Decks
