Our hot water heater broke down and Sam came to our rescue. He came to our house after work hours on a Friday to diagnose the problem, provided a quote on Saturday and arrived to do the installation on Monday. He is very knowledgeable and recommended a combination boiler to replace the hot water tank since we also have radiant in floor heating. Sam was dedicated to getting us hot water as soon as he could, and he and his associate worked long hours into the night to complete the job. Sam clearly explained everything that needed to be done, and completed the job expertly and tidied everything g up afterwards. I cant recommend Sam highly enough. Thanks Sam!
