We purchased a new furnace and heat pump from Limcan less than 2 years ago. We have had at least 6 service calls for repairs. Also, they do not have parts with them, even a fuse. We have had to wait up to 2 weeks for a part to be replaced. After one week we called, they said "do you want us to order the part" YES, we have already waited a week.. As I am typing this I am waiting for a call to say they have the most recent repair part... Also, they advertise 24/7 for repairs we always wait at least till next day, or longer. Would not recommend.
