I needed a warranty repair done on my fridge. I paid the $100 diagnostic fee and was willing to go ahead with the repair job as quoted (and so was the warranty company), but ARE declined to do the work, leaving me without a working fridge, $100 poorer, and having to start all over again with another repair company. The manage does not respond to his voice mail!
