Our Dishwasher was broken and wouldn't drain properly. Tried to repair ourselves but was getting stuck. Called NVK Appliance and parts to schedule a repair visit. Nicholas kindly walked us through the basics of the drain process on the phone. We decided to have him come out and repair. Within 1 day we are now using our dishwasher again. Highly recommend NVK Appliance
