Got hold of this company by googling "garage door repair calgary". It was on the top of the list with 5 stars. I'm very satisfied and impressed with the level of service done by Tim. I would highly recommend him to anybody. I've also submitted a review in Google.
Had to cancel the service after being with them (from Voxcom before being bought by Reliance) for 8 years. The reason for canceling is because they refuse to remove the false alarm charge. After explaining my side that false alarm is not caused by me but from their monitoring center agent...they insisted that I pressed the so-called 'panic' button which I don't even know where it is or if it even existed. Was so disappointed with their false alarm agent handling my case as she wouldn't listen to my explanation. The treatment or level of customer service provided was very poor considering my years of being a customer. Even after being called by their retention center agent, I told them that damage has been done and there's no way I will ever reconsider staying with the company. I have to compliment the retention agent for being nice but he should have been the agent at the top of the customer service dealing with customers and not at the end trying to retain them...
