I contacted Donnlyn for a quote and received a text saying he would drop by the next time he was in the area. We are not in a well traveled area. After 2 weeks I sent a text advising of my disappointment with them and the other contractors I had contacted. Jamie immediately responded saying he understood my frustration and that customer service is important to them. He came 3 days later and took a quick look. He said he would have a quote in about 2 weeks and could start work Sep or Oct. I sent him our architectural drawings. It has now been more than 4 weeks and no quote or contact. Since they have advertising everywhere I was hoping they were more reliable. Incredibly disappointed. Also my employer has a big project in Orillia that they were considering Donnlyn for but now my so lose that business a d much more as they do a lot of renos on their rental properties.
