Had to replace badly installed ceiling fan, including poor venting and wiring, so required professional help. Job was much bigger than expected, and the electrician was very professional and helpful. We asked if he could return and repair some outside and garage lighting, but after he reviewed the problems he said the wiring was dangerous and it was essential to do some repairs on the spot such as a broken underground cable and some exposed live wires. Then returned to finish other repairs a few days later. Price was very reasonable and I have peace of mind that work is done right.
