The checked out the washer and quickly determined the problem was an unhooked shock absorber. They confirmed that the springs were in good shape and there was no damage to the main bearing. They tested the spin cycle and there was no more banging all done in about 1/2 hour for a fair price.

I hired Roger to be my general contractor to redo the ensuite, upgrade 2 other bathrooms, install granite countertops and install new recessed lighting in kitchen and family room. The projects were done very well and within budget. I was very impressed with the quality of work done by the sub contractors hired by Roger.
