We hired Pawel upon the recommendation of a friend. We wanted to convert our powder room to add a shower so that my mom (in her 80s) do not need to climb the stairs to go to the bathroom upstairs. Pawel tried to accomodate our schedule but he was fully booked. Between my husband and him, they designed the bathroom that could accomodate a 3 piece in a relatively small space. His sub contractors did a great job and cleaned up each time. The end result was very pleasing to the eye and the tile work was nicely done with the shower floor tile sloping nicely into the drain. We wanted all the fixtures to be gold. Unfortunately the shower handle and hinges were not gold as his supplier only had chrome. We managed to purchase a gold shower handle ourselves. The bathroom looks very nice and functional. We are happy with the work done.

We interviewed a few roofers to reshingle our house and redo the flat roof. Victor seemed knowledgeable and gave us a competitive quote. Other contractors classified it as a complex job and often we could tell they were not familiar with this type of roof. I was a bit concerned about his attitude towards my plants when I said that they should try not to kill my plants and he said that sometimes it cannot be avoided. some plants did not survive but was not as drastic as I anticipated. Roof took a while to complete in May and we are happy that the work was done well. (Three months, no leaks so far.) The only issues were that falling debris destroyed a patio light, a garden hose nozzle was broken, and the crew took our 100ft extension cord by mistake. I am not happy with the after sales service that was provided. Victor said he would replace the three items. I called 10x before he would finally come to the house. Each time he said he would come on a particular day, he never showed up when we made it a point to stay at the house to wait for him. When he finally came in July, my husband had already replaced the lighting and nozzle, so he gave us $40 but he forgot to bring our extension cord. It is now September and he has not responded to any calls or text message from me or my husband. So if he doesn't respond to calls, how will he honor warranties if the roof starts to leak?? Everytime I complained about his after sales service, his response is "is your roof leaking??" The 5 rating reflects the after sales service and the concern about warranty.

I had my kitchen floor refinished and regrouted by Marble Express Restoration. Terry was very professional in his approach. He explained what he would do and told me my options. When we selected Terry, he arrived on time, did what he needed to do and cleaned up. I am very happy with the work Terry did. He also mentioned that should some of the grouting come off after a month, he would come back to refinish. I will be asking Terry to refinish the marble work in my bathrooms soon.
