Painting all trims and front door of the house
The owner was away and talking on the phone quite a bit, but his employee and trainee did a good job. However, it was very expensive and cut the work.
Frank from S&E Aluminum Glass & Screens came, did an estimate (very competitive price). He came back a couple days later with a helper and changed our patio door. They did an excellent job!
