Thanks, What we did to get the permit without going to committee of adjustment with the massive scope of work ( complete gut of all three floors, two storey rear addition, underpinning, increasing the floor heights and new roof and more) is something magical! Glad that it all worked out fine and even though Ravine delayed us, at the end, we got the permit before the deadline. Looking forward for more projects from you in the future.
