Our second renovation with J W Carpentry! Jan is easy to talk to and listens to what we are asking for, especially important when you have lots of ideas! Our kitchen is gorgeous. Very reasonably priced and almost on schedule.
Complete landscaping of front and backyard
We were truly impressed with the professionalism and ability to understand our needs. The design looked fabulous which is why we signed up for this very expensive undertaking. The results were wonderful. It was only after when a few plants died that we began to feel as though our buiness wasn't appreciated. While it was explicitly explained that a full 1-yr warranty came with job, it seemed as though every request was reluctantly fulfilled. Too bad, it would have been a perfect experience if the company had been more pleasant when dealing with our concerns.
