Mirriam Webster defines "Precision" as "the state or quality of being precise; exactness", they also define "Falisty" as "the quality or state of being false". Our insurance company did a great disservice and contracted with Precision Restoration Inc., to complete repairs to my family's home. 'Precision' has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE to deal with. It has, without a doubt, been one of the worst experiences that I and my family have ever had. Lack of, or no, management and monitoring of subcontractors. Lack of, or no, quality control and quality assurance processes in place. Multiple walls in the home were damaged during the restoration process, obvious miss-matched paint colors applied, and flooring that needed to be replaced twice (so far). If your insurance company recommends, or directs you, to work with 'Precision' Restorations Inc., REFUSE and tell your insurance company you want a different, qualified and professional restoration company to work with!
