Brian and his team were extremely helpful and accommodating. They were punctual on our appointments and got a lot done in a day. They helped me with tips and took care with their work and how it would impact my reno and budget. Would certainly work with them again.

Terrible service! Started with them delivering my bin after 5pm, even though I had it reserved for days. But the worst of it came when it was time to pay the bill, they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars in hidden fees, claiming that there was a minimum weight charge, even though nowhere is that written and never was it told me. When I tried to escalate the issue to get an straight answer, the company's president sent me a disdainful and patronizing e-mail to demand an answer. I would stay away from this company and their unethical business practices!

Mike himself is very attentive and ponctual, helped me with a lot of doubts and choosing the correct method. However the installer he sent to do the job was just not a nice guy, yelling and talking back for no reason. The end result had a lot of minor faults and shortcuts that diminished the quality, specially a very big chip on one of the laminates. Let's see how Mike handles it from now though.

Great work, ponctual and clean. Tim, the installer, is very nice and knowledgeable guy. He helped me figure out the best way to install the new heater, with safety and quality in mind. Truly A grade.
