I had wanted to buy my parents a new chandelier as the old one was outdated. I went to the house and put it in... wrong of course :) I knocked out the power to the kitchen and living room late Saturday night!! Called Kevin at 8am Sunday morning and he was at my parents all the way out in Maple Ridge by 9:30! He did an amazing job, didn't charge me an arm and a leg and was really nice with my mom (we just lost our family dog, and my mom was very upset) he made her laugh and feel comfortable. Kevin and Tracy are life savers. I have used them in my office downtown Vancouver and now at my parents. I will NEVER use another electrician EVER, and will always recommend Havlin Electrical. Kevin was punctual and very helpful. He explained what he was going to do step by step, and took me through the entire process. We needed more power in our office, we were blowing plugs and running extension cords to temporarily solve the problem. Kevin was able to come in right away and fix the problem. He was helpful and the service amazing. His team is made of true professionals. They were cost effective and all the work came in on budget. This is the 3rd time I have dealt with Kevin Havlin and I will use him for all of our office renos and projects. I have taken his card and will use him for my home! I will also recommend him to family or friends that need electrical work done. 10/10 in my books!
