Oliver at Dufferin Iron and Railings came out twice to measure and to make sure of our order for our Juliet balcony. Oliver made some suggestions that actually saved us money. John and his team arrived at the specified time on the specified date. The balcony fit perfectly and they installed it quickly and efficiently. They even touched up the paint (as I discovered when I admired their handiwork.)
