After having a new door installed to my home I started having malfunctions about 4 days later. It took several calls just to speak with Matt about this issue, and when he finally showed up he was not able to identify the problem and had to contact someone else for help. The whole operation seems improvised and amateur (almost no technical experience). During his visits to my home I found him to be rude and stubborn (he questioned me several times if I had done something to break the system). I very much do not recommend this company. I lost a significant amount of money and do not recommend GM.
