Ron came to do the estimate for a new patio sliding door. Basically I told him what I needed. From there, Ron showed me the options and provided me with senior's discount, I did not have to ask. Ron was extremely nice to talk to, knew his product line well and was very professional in his approach!! The patio sliding door was installed the next day in (they had an opening) in about 2 hours by two extremely knowledgeable installers. One thing that impressed me, as small as it was, one installer took a rag and wiped a small spot off on the door - that is called, pride in workmanship!!
