HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - We pay low monthly fee, everything else free. Owners and staff are not pushy, just knowledgeable, prompt, and geniune. We never had any problem with any of our equipment which we have had for several years. Any time I had questions, they provided great after-sale service. These alarms are even pretty high tech, hardwired and monitored. Mine has saved me twice..once from a break in and once from burning the house down (smoke detector monitoring even when alarm not armed). Monitoring Company phoned both times.
