Jason Hanya came to my house to quote roofing my house and also a house I was renting for one year. I am experienced in home construction. Jason took the time to explain what was required and why, what materials would be used and why and what the quote would cover and not cover. He did what he promised and he followed up to make sure all was good on my end on the finished job. I have referred Jason to about five neighbours who have subsequentially used his servcies with the same satisfaction.
After I posted my review, I quickly received a reply by a Mancusso representative who had the owner Leo Graci get involved. Leo came by, we spoke about the issues and we came to a fair compromise. We made the drive edge square by saw-cutting and they supplied the 1 1/2 yards of cement base that would now be required to support the foot path along the drive to the front entrance. I feel good about the resolution and would recommend Mancusso based on the fact the came forward to correct a wrong. Grazie. Randy. They never came back to correct the shortfall of four inches of where the pavement was supposed to go to that bordered the grass area of the property. The sales person was out of the country was the first excuse. Other employees had no real interest in solving the problem. as they seemed to think it was not a big deal either, after the fact.
We have just noted your comment on HomeStars and were surprised to see that you were displeased with your driveway. As we have now noted your concern, we will of course try our best to rectify it. Our salesman was in fact away for several weeks last summer for a family emergency. Again, the complaint was a surprise to our office since every driveway is generally first excavated, and after a short period is paved. We were under the impression that the job was completed to your satisfaction, as you paid us in full after the work was completed. Jason and his crew have now done two re-shingle jobs for my homes. He explained very clearly the job at hand, the cost spelled out and scheduled the job to be done when weather appropriate. When I got home the only thing I saw was a nice new roof as promised and no debris. I have recommended Canadian Roofing to others and they have also been very happy with the results. They may cost a few extra bucks, but it is a few extra bucks well spent.
