This is the worst experience I had in Ottawa. What is done is done, I never want to deal with such business any more. I TOOK THE LARGEST LESSON FROM THEM. The experience of installing fence from them makes me realize I still need to be careful of such a poor service, even if I am in Canada, a nice and peaceful country. The business owner is the greedy. Doing the worst job, but want the highest money. No credibility at all!!! Even if the contract is signed, the payment is fixed. They still want to ask for extra money with a variety of excuses. They do not have any customer service. Even if the fence they installed for you are defective (when you found it on the second day after payment). They will not come back to repair it for you once you paid them. They are not professional at all! This is a really a NIGHTMARE. Stay away please!
